Welcome to My Journey –

and Yours

"The mountain top is one, but there are a million paths to reach it." – Ramana Maharshi

If you’ve ever felt the pull toward something more—more freedom, more connection, more trust in life’s unfolding—you’re in the right place.

I’m Elina, a dancer, healer, world traveler, and seeker of truth. Through movement, nourishing food, holistic healing, travel, and ancient wisdom, I’ve carved a path of self-discovery—one that has led me to embrace the unknown, trust my intuition, and find beauty in life’s flow.

But this wasn’t always my reality.

I was nine when I first stepped into a dance studio, filled with dreams of becoming a professional dancer and teacher. I pursued that dream with everything I had, but along the way, I also inherited the shadows that often come with high expectations—anorexia, bulimia, self-doubt, and relentless self-criticism. I believed that no matter what I did, it was never enough. That I was never enough. That to succeed, I had to be someone else.

And yet… despite the fear and doubt, I kept going!

I performed in renowned productions. I became a ballet teacher whose students felt safe to express themselves. I studied massage and healing arts, learning how to care for bodies—both my own and others’. I discovered a love for creating deeply nourishing, healing foods that supported dancers, yogis, and seekers on their own journeys.

And then, I took the biggest leap of all!

I left behind the structure of a life I had always known. Not because traveling was my greatest calling, but because I needed to step into the unknown—to break free from the expectations, routines, and obligations that define most people’s lives. I longed to follow my heart, my intuition, and, above all, to trust

Life itself to lead me exactly where I needed to be.

For two decades, I lived out of a suitcase, moving between countries, learning from different cultures, and immersing myself in the wisdom of ancient traditions.

In Thailand, I deepened my understanding of human anatomy and phisiology through massage and other holistic studies, discovering how the body holds both tension and healing within it.

In India, I devoted myself to the study of Odissi classical Indian dance, where movement became a meditation, a prayer, a story in motion. It was there that I not only strengthened my connection to yoga and meditation but also delved into the rich myths and sacred stories of the land. I began to see how deeply intertwined Indian mythology is with my own Greek heritage—how stories transcend time and geography, shaping civilizations, guiding seekers, and revealing the universal truths we all long to understand.

Returning every summer to Greece, I reconnected with the ancient myths and history that have always carried profound wisdom. I saw them with fresh eyes, no longer just as stories of the past but as living lessons encoded in the land itself.

And in Nature, I found my greatest teacher.

The rivers teach me to flow, to be flexible, receptive, and transparent.
The trees remind me that life is ever-changing, that every season—like every emotion—has its place and purpose.
The mountains ground me, instilling strength and stability, reminding me to stand tall in my truth.
The seas whisper of vastness, inclusivity, and the boundless love that asks for nothing in return.

I have come to believe that everything in Life is a tool—a tool to heal, to learn, to be inspired, and to soar freely in the skies of our heart’s desires. Doubt is not meant to hold us back but to open our minds to deeper exploration. Fear is not our enemy; it teaches us to be careful, respectful, and aware. Every challenge, every question, every unknown step is part of the dance of life—one that invites us to move forward with courage and curiosity.

Life is always in motion, shifting and transforming like the waves, like the wind, like the pulse of our own breath. The more we learn to move with it rather than resist,

the more we find harmony within ourselves and the world.

That’s what I want to share with you.

Healing Dance & Movement

Traditional Thai Massage, or Thai Yoga Massage, is a unique and powerful healing art that has been an integral part of traditional Thai medicine for thousands of years.
Thai Yoga Massage is a truly wonderful experience for both giver and receiver as energy blockages are released, boundaries dissolve and deep healing occurs in a space of presence and meditation.
In a unique way, Thai massage blends elements of acupressure, yoga, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, energy healing, chiropractic and Ayurveda.

The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage are countless. By freeing the flow of vital energy in the body, Thai Massage can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. Muscles are stretched, inner organs toned, and emotional and nervous tension is reduced. Often a deep sense of peace can be experienced during and after a treatment.

It can also be of great therapeutic benefit for a range of specific problems and conditions, such as headaches, back pain, digestive disorders, shoulder and neck tension, joint pain, menstruation problems, insomnia and other stress related conditions.

Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and well-being. Food provides our bodies with the energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to live, grow and function properly. We need a wide variety of different foods to provide the right amounts of nutrients for good health.

Combined with physical activity and massage therapies, a balanced diet can help you:

* Restore, reach and maintain a healthy weight,
* Reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer),
* Develop, replace and repair cells and tissues,
* Produce energy to keep warm, move and work,
* Protect against, resist and fight infection and recover from sickness and injuries,
* Promote your overall health.

Sometimes bodily aches and pains are felt not only when we over-exercise but as a result of lack of exercise! We experience stiffness and sore muscles because our body craves for more movement.

Elina through her long movement and dancing experience she has discovered the proper exercises to strengthen the body without causing any injury!

Combining Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Barre a Terre (floor technique for injured ballet dancers), Alexander technique and Physiotherapy, she can offer a holistic program of movement therapy tailored to each person's needs to achieve maximum rehabilitation results safely and within a short period of time.

Elina is also offering weekly dance classes, workshops and private 1-1 sessions of Ballet, Odissi classical Indian dance and Khalbelia Rajasthani dance
